Is this a placenta?

I found out I was pregnant January 2nd and was spotting the whole pregnancy. On February 2nd I got out of the bath and blood ran down my legs, I went to the ER and found no heartbeat. I was 8 weeks 1 day but only measuring 7 weeks 1-3 days. January 5th I believe the baby came out (first picture). Then yesterday I had TERRIBLE pains so bad it knocked the air out of me. I got in the bath today and when I got out this came out. (Second pic) is that the placenta?

I think it would be bigger then that. I lost my baby an 13 weeks and the dr spent half an hour after delivery pulling it out by piece and then I had to have d and c any way.

I am so sorry for your loss, it’s a terrible feeling.

Will u have a scan to make sure all is cleared out?

It could be the placenta or a blood clot
