Is this a positive OPK??!

Cycle#2 TTC. First cycle using OPKs and charting my BBT.

On CD21 I think I got a positive OPK.....What do you guys think?

Sorry if the photo is rubbish.. I see half of the test line is darker than the control line on CD21 6pm if you can see?? Im now on CD27 and Ive had no BBT rise.
