Is this a type of Morning Sickness?

I've had dizziness and nausea for the last 2 weeks, but the nausea seems to have got worse over the last few days but instead of throwing up I end up with the runs, Its not all day like I have a bug and I'm still able to eat just dont want to, but scared to go anywhere cause soon as I start to feel sea sick I know what's coming!!

Yep I've only been sick a few times, but find my ms often affects the other end - usually first thing in the morning though xx

Yeah mine is always first thing in the morning, but it was happening a few times through the day there too, not been as bad today, just feel like a really bad hangover and could vomit everywhere but havent yet and anything I do eat is repeating on me and that's making me feel worse!!
