Is what I'm seeing at 8 DPO an implantation dip? If so when should I start testing? I've never has this before

It certainly could be! Sometimes that dip happens in a normal cycle, too, though. I would see what your temps are for a few more days and if they go up more, maybe test this weekend. But after so many cycles thinking I would get a BFP and only testing to get BFNs, I am now a strong advocate for waiting until a couple days after AF is late to test. Seeing that BFN vs. just getting AF is heartbreaking. When is AF due for you?

Wow, that's quite the dip! A lot of women get a slight dip due to an estrogen surge around that time, but that's such a dramatic difference it certainly could be implantation!
