I have had this this weekend (af was due, Im 4 weeks pg) and i had it with my son (mistook it for a weird period before i got any symptoms).
Generally unless bleeding red, painful, clots etc it is thought to be ok so early on. This particular bleeding is thought to be either implantation bleeding (can happen as late as a week after af is due/can take a while to leave the body). T could also be what's called breakthrough bleeding where your hormones haven't reached a level to stop your period properly yet, some people get this at 4,8 and 12 weeks.
My advice is takeanother test as time progresses and keep an eye that they arent gettin lighter, also mention to your midwife/doctor. Its really early to be feeling symptoms i bet in a couple of weeks you will be wondering what you were worried about!

of which I had suffered with before so it is not so disheartening. I just have to move on a try again until succession
