Is this finally my little girl?

Hi everyone! I'm 15 weeks today and my doctor sent me to the hospital to have a scan due to some bleeding. The ultrasound tech said she was able to tell the sex. Has anyone else ever found out this early? Does this look like a girl to anyone else? I have 3 boys so I really hope this is my girl this time. I included the pic in this post.

I was 12 weeks with DS3 when we were told by the sonographer she was 60% sure he was a boy. She didn't want to tell us as she couldn't be certain but we just did it was a bit of fun to see if they can actually give some idea. She was able to confirm for sure at 32 weeks. He just wriggled too much before that so we had to wait until his butt was in the air and he had nowhere to go. Lol.
