Its so hard to tell. But it looks like CD18 was the darkest. Im new to the OPK thing but I believe you should go with the darkest one as O day.
Maybe some other ladies could help you more, but I think thats how it goes. Does it look as dark as the control line or darker??

(Im still waiting for my +opk this month....ugh....im so impatient...LOL)

it all got confusing for me cause i started teming i not going to do it anymore cd18 was darkish but others are too so i just go with cd 18 which my tem rised then instead dipping i not going to bother with that now
