haven't used opk's very often and when I have its been digi so needing your expertise...

Hey all had my pregnancy confirmed with blood test all is well right now. Lisa my opk was just slightly darker than that this round then got lighteer the next day we conceived this month so its looking good. I would test again and if its darker then keep testing we the day it went lighter and the everyday for a few days after and got our BFP

Huge congrats honey!! I love hearing success stories!!

Here's todays opk.... SOOOO close!!! I am hoping by dinner time that will be positive!!

So have done another test today (4pm)......Its MUCH fainter... does that mean that the above one was my +opk? Or is it just a fluke that its fainter?

I have had one get close, and the next be lighter, then the next be darker. It can depend on how much liquid you have drank and how long you have held your pee. Try to go at least 4 hours without drinking or peeing.

Thats happened to me and it did not get darker but everyone is diffrent I just started the baby making with DH next day when it got a fainter result. I would take one with you first morning pee and if lighter start

Ahhh, I asked dh to buy more opks on his way home from work. He bought different ones, so now I can't do an accurate comparison in lines. either way I suppose its positive or negative so will see how things go tomorrow. X

Are you holding your pee for at least 4 hours before you test & trying to limit what you drink for 4 hours, also? It is sooo close. I know it is going to turn positive very soon!

, It doesn't bother my DH, he buys me anything I need, feminine hygiene products the lot. He's very good in that sense.

I hadn't drunk anything today up until that point and i'd held for about 3 hours. going to test again soon, i haven't drunk anything and have held since taking this opk at 12... keep your FX

Wee update -

Opk's are still the same, VERY close but not close enough (held for 6 hours, albeit drank one cup of coffee in that time)! Will test again tomorrow.

Definitely feel like something's happening today. Got lots of twinges going on, achy back, hips are aching today and I keep pulling muscles in my lower stomach every time i sneeze or move the wrong way. Definitely got an increase in CM today, but haven't paid too much attention as i know the clomid can mess around with that.

Tomorrow will be CD18, so we are getting close to when I would ovulate naturally (assuming I was going to) anyways so perhaps the clomid hasn't helped any this month? hopefully even if it hasn't pulled ovulation day forwards it will help produce a better egg!!

I do wonder if stress has maybe delayed things as my DS has been extremely ill this week and i've had very little sleep, plus I have a uni assignment due (I am a mature student) and i've had to ask for an extension due to my son being ill and I am now under a lot of pressure to get it done ASAP. . I desperately want to head to bed, but I have at least another hours worth of reading to do before I can....boooo!

Only small amount hunni, but I am on clomid this month which can mess with cm.

Cbfm still reading "high". Opks still "almost there".

Update: opk tonight is a fair bit lighter. Could just be that I drank too much leading up to opk though (can't go the whole day without drinking LOL).
