I'm so torn lol! That nub looks like pointing upwards so boy but I briefly saw a potty shot at the scan and couldn't see anything between the legs, would something be visable at 14 weeks if a boy

I'd say don't put anything by a brief glimpse of potty shot at 14 weeks. Maybe if they were able to have a really good look they might see something by then but if it was just a flash I'm not surprised you didn't see anything visible either way.
