ok followin on from sandwich question i used to give him dairy lea light an someone told me u should b givin the fat version. Is this just with cheese like with whole milk for the calcium? X
 
meant to say full fat version lol not fat x
 
full fat is for the calories really, babys need the calories, there isnt any less calcium betwen the semi skimmed and full fat its only the fat content that change its a myth.
it is actually the vitamin A and D.
when they are 2 yrs old they can go to semi skimmed,

yep i think u should give them full fat versions of dairy products for the calories xx plus alot of reduced fat products are replaced with some other rubbish instead! x
 
Yep I agree, full fat until they are 2 then you can do the reduced fat versions
