how about a big clear out and he can choose which toys he doesnt want?(give the toys to children in need or so) does this work with a 5 year old?If he likes books you can never hv too many books
DD also has everything I can think of year round so am going to struggle for a pressie this birthday too. Plus, she will be getting gifts after arrival of her baby sister as I dont want her to feel left out when the baby is receiving gifts. Does he have roller skates? DD has those already but just a suggestion. We do use them indoors and not gone out with them just yet so you wont need a garden. Id also love a proper grassy garden myself.
Science kit? My 5 yr old nephews also love stuff they can build - model cars, etc. They also have lots of fun building and then flying kites.
Or how bout something diff, lessons for swimming, karate, etc?
Or a day at a theme park? - he can win something to take home...
