It's been awhile please help!

So I haven't used a OPK in about 3 years...and back then I didn't know any better and only did it once a day. I am seeing people on here do them 2-3 times a day?? So my question is how many do you do a day and at what times throughout the day? I am starting mine today and need to know. Thanks for your help ladies!!!

I start out by taking only once per day around 2pm. When I think I'm getting closer to my surge I'll test 2-3 times per day until I see a true positive. I'll then test until it gets negative. Some people say not to test until it gets negative, but my surges can last more than 36 hours.
