Its not just me its also my dh... no hope left!

After 3 months of fertility treatment/injections for me. We have had a major blow on the ttc front, we're so upset. My dh semen sample came back saying sperm count is too low, not motile and 100% dead. The Dr has told us that only hope of ever getting pregnant is with IVF, even then its only a slim chance of it working. Am waiting to see what the IVF specialist thinks..... our baby dream is being ripped from us and it hurts like hell.

does anyone know why today on cd11 am spotting? its only pink spots on the tissue. My head is all over the place trying to deal with this, is my ovaries/uterus joining in on my sorrow! I wonder if its cause the Dr suspended my fertility treatment on Saturday. Is it because am might be ovulating? I dont know if I am, I've not seen the point in testing this month....... I just want to cry!

Hi Mrs T,

Im so sorry you've had bad news. I don't want to give u false hope, but my doctor also told us that we had very little chance of concieving on our own. We got a second opinion from a F.S who told us we have as much chance as anybody else!

Doctors can get it wrong. Do not give up hope until you have spoken to the IVF specialist. There are so many procedures and medicines these days to help out both men and women that something might be able to help.

And even if you do have to have IVF, the result will still be the same as if you did all by yourself! My fingers and toes are crossed for you x

Mrs. R has a good point! Sorry to hear your news, but don't loose hope...
