IUI cancelled!!!now taking OPKs is this positive???!!

I really need more eyes.. Although this looks positive to me I just really want to be sure. please someone help me..I'm so upset as is because my iui got cancelled 3 days before my mid cycle scan and this is my first month on femera and I don't know what's going on in my body. I don't want this cycle to go to waste the nurse at my dr office told me to take OPKs...I just wish I could just get the iui...how disappointing.

p.s I'm cd13 today. My mid cycle scan was suppose to be yesterday but he didn't do it because the iui got cancelled.
