i know i shouldnt have done it! been lay on the sofa or a bit with lucy watching crap........ its still sore didnt help as i was up n down loft ladder yday to...........
i must think im bloody superwoman or something...... a sleepy one now at the but i cant go to sleep as olny me n dd here oh is at work not due back till after 6pm.



maybe i should leave striping the wallpaper off in the nursery to be for a few days
