I am on a 2ww after my ET done on 23rd April.
2dp3dt my tummy got bloated, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, i had to rush to my ivf centre to get things sorted. They gave me IV fluids, injections etc. Doc said I have mild ovarian hyper stimulation ohss and I should wait for few days as it will go away itself, else they will tap it if gets worse. I was discharged the same day and I am trying to eat lots of protein and take fluids.
Things are normal apart from the big pot belly I have now, I look like 4-5 months pregnant though I am just in 2ww phase.
I am able to eat and drink properly now but yes I am always bloated and my tummy skin stretches.
Anybody else also faced the same problem? Worried as I heard ohss is dangerous as it can impact other vital organs like kidney, heart etc if it gets severe.
Should i wait for another 9 days for my b-hcg results or get fluid tapped?
