Hello.

Hi I was on the waiting list for 3months be4 I started ivf.

Staff at LWH are grate and very understanding. I had my first cycle in nov 09 and have a amazing little girl and had a FET on 5 feb this year which again I got a positive but sadly i m/c at 5 weeks. I hope to be starting a fresh cycle at the end of the month as I've no embryos left now.

The only bad thing about the Hewit center is no one ever answer the bloody phone.

Whising you the best of luck. X

Thankyou so much for your replies. Im currently on the first of 3 cycles of clomid but as we are unexplained my FS has said if clomid doesnt work hes referring us for IVF and gave us LWH and 1 in manchester as the choices. I initially picked the 1 at manchester as I thought it would be the best 1 but have read a lot of bad reviews about it. What should I expect at the first appt? x

Hoping- I must be honest, i think IVF is a HUGE jump esp when you are on 1st cycle of clomid hun. I think your FS is jumping the gun here. If you have been ttc for less than 2yrs and there are no obvious reasons why you are not getting pregnant, i would think u have a good chance with the clomid tbh. I was on it for 6 cycles yrs ago. they allow 6 max but like you to have a break in between to lessen the risks associated with the drug.
Best of luck and if the clomid alone does not result in a pregnancy, you could try IUI with the clomid and im sure that would give u a good chance.
xxx

i have to agree only bad thing is them phones they never answer but best of luck i would recomend the womans 100% x
