I have been trying to conceive for over 10 years now...I have done clomid 6 times in the past and gave up and tried again and so on...we decided to do IVF last year and our doctor suggested ICSI because it's been so long for me without any conception...I had 10 eggs retrieved on Tues, they fertilized 9, 6 made it and I had 2 implanted on day 3 (Friday)...now I'm on day 3 post implantation (with no sign as to my other embroys having made it) and I'm not good at waiting on a normal day but this is horrible...everyone keeps saying stay positive & I know they mean well but they have no clue what it is like to be unable to conceive for over 10 years and now all my eggs are in"1 basket" as the saying goes! I'm so nervous it won't work but there is a glimmer of hope that I'm desperately hanging on to.

did not want to read and run - i am currently waiting to start IVF soon, my FS gave us until April to fall pregnant and then onto IVF. Fingers crossed for you and i will check back hopefully to see a BFP :-)

Feel gorgeous start the injections next month......

I'm glad I'm moving house to keep my mind occupied otherwise I'd go mad!

We gave it a good last go this month so not expecting anything as 4dpo, and no symptoms - but I'm good at not symptom watching...

Good luck!

I hope all of ladies become pregnant super fast! I have been trying for many years and will be going trough IVF in 4 months but I really hope that it can just have naturally!

I dont know much about IVF, I guess you become an expert when experiencing it. How long does the injection process take?

My IVF w/ ICSI stats were similar to yours! 9 retrieved, 8 fertilized, six made it to day 3. Two eggs implanted on day 3. We were able to freeze one, but it was not an "excellent" one...so also felt all our eggs were in "one basket" so to speak.

My IVF did work! I had my 7 week ultrasound today and I got to see my little bean's (just one) heartbeat fluttering! I bet you'll be in the same place as me a few weeks down the road :)

tribble - Congrats! thats excellent, u must be over the moon! Is this ur first baby?

I really hope this works for you girl! DH and I will be starting the IVF process next cycle (hopefully) and it will be our one and only shot (as that's all we can afford). Good luck woman!!!
