Hi ladies
We're waiting for our 2nd ICSI treatment.
Our first was unsuccessful. It was at a private clinic & was a short protocol, no downregging, 300iu gonal f & at the end of it we had one egg which fertilised but did not take.
I have very low AMH & high FSH.
Our next treatment will be with NHS & they will use the full long protocol.
I guess Im anxious that if they shut my system down first it might never get going again!
If the NHS cycle doesnt work we might be able to afford one more private cycle at a different clinic & they would use the flare protocol.
So 3 possible ICSI cycles, 3 different protocols. Would probably be on 450gonal f for 2nd/3rd goes.
Anyone got any success stories for older women with LOR/DOR?
Would love to hear about it & what protocol worked? (and anything else you were doing that you think helped) Obviously at this Im looking for quality rather than quantity of eggs...
