this is the other picture x the sonographer said baby is on its head I couldn’t make sense of it but thought I’d share

you’re gonna be fine babe and baby will be so much clearer than mine

You have a little acrobat there  I love photos like that I actually have one of my children's scans where he was practically doubled over lmao  xx

My son use to hide in his, like every time he knew they were coming, he would turn his back to us or put his arms in his face lol. Babies are always hilarious

@tdog I’m sure ure scan will be amazing.
Can’t believe how quickly that has come around.

So out of curiosity… no judgment. For those in the group who has multiple kids or multiples and a baby… what made you want another? Is it to pop out how many you can before the clock stops working or is a love for a big family?

I’ve always said I wanted 3 kids when I was younger. That changed over time. Not necessarily because I wanted it that way. I didn’t lose my v card til I was 21. My first pregnancy a couple years after was a mc. Then I got married and was with him 10 years. Only 1 pregnancy with him. After I left him (he was abusive) anyone I was in a relationship with I had a few more mcs. My husband now has 4 bio kids, 3 from his first marriage and one from a drunken night smh. Now I want one because I never wanted my son to be an only child. I hate that for him. I don’t know if I want anymore after this baby. I could probably handle one more back to back but I’d have to be a stay at home mom or work part time or something. Idk. I guess it’s whatever God has in store for me. Oh and I’m 36

@realbeauty86 when I was 15 I got told I couldn't have kids that I'd need assisted help (doctor failed on that point) but from being little I've always wanted a big family, I mc my first but didn't find out until I went for a scan that the baby had stopped growing at 9 weeks, this is why when I go for a scan I'm always nervous xx

Myself and my hubs got together Young we were 17 now 38. We travelled a lot, bought houses had good careers then at 25 decided the time was right for kids. That unfortunately wasn’t easy and we had MC after MC. We went to a fertility specialist had everything test under the sun to only find that I had very low progesterone naturally. That was the key. The moment I found out I was pregnant after that I used progesterone pessaries and had 3 healthy beauties all in the space of 2011 to 2014. I think after suffering so much loss they just seemed like complete blessings and we’re happy to have 3 children. I always said I wanted 4 but that changed when I had 3 under 4. I became a full time stay at home mum and felt complete. I only just got to a place of feeling like me again tbh. I was ready to go back to work & instead I’ve fallen pregnant . You couldn’t write it honestly. But we’re so happy to have another baby in the house. It will be so different to only have 1 baby at home. My hubby is happy I’m staying at home too he has an amazing job but it’s very stressful so I can’t rely on him for school runs or if the kids are poorly etc. so me having a job would be a nightmare in the school holidays etc as we simply just don’t have any childcare. Our parents still work full time jobs & siblings have their own kids and jobs. This is what works for us. I do miss my independence in working though, I had such a good career at Barclays before my eldest my brain is now mush I swear . Anyways that’s us x 4 kids & definitely done ✅. Hubs is booking in for the snip :spermy::dohh:

Fabulous tests huny can’t wait to see your progression it’s my favourite part of POAS :happydance:

@cazza22 sometimes it's finding the balance isn't it of either working or being a full time parent  I no being a parent is like having a job at best of times, I was actually training to be a hgv driver so wasn't expecting to fall so quick, but I'm the same as you want to get back to work but at same time wouldn't have the child care and it costs a fortune so in theory I'd be working for free  xx

@MrsT116 of course we don't mind love :) xx

Scan went well ladies didn't get heart beat as this company don't do that but saw baby saw yolk sac and only one baby  edd stayed the same 13th Jan so dates are spot on here is little jelly bean upside down lol xx

oh it’s a mental battle daily what I want to do career wise in the future hun. My past careers were retail manager and then training and quality control in banking. Both massively brain consuming and I don’t think I could do either with 4 kids and a house to run. I admire ladies that do but I find being here 24/7 for my kids is what works for us. My OH works away every week at least 1 night travelling to meetings down south or to Scotland. We’d be knackered if I was working on the days he wasn’t here. Anyway there’s time for careers in the future or even just part time jobs like I’ve done over the last decade. Maybe I’ll go back to uni one day for nursing or something?. Like I say it messes with my head all the time what I want to do . For the foreseeable we’re all going to be doing the greatest and hardest job on earth which is being a mama all over again x

Ps eeeekkkkk you’re in your scan x
