hey ladies im on round 3 of clomid 50mg. im currently on cd 8 and will be testing at the start of may hoping for my bfp, was wondering if anybody wanted to join or is is the same position

Sure. I'm kind of in your situation. In currently taking 50mg of clomid cd3-7, and doing my second iui tomorrow. This is I believe my ninth month of clomid. So after tomorrow I will officially be in the tww...again, lol.

I'm currently on my first round of Clomid (post Lap... see signature) and am also on CD8 today!! how weird... haha. Fingers crossed we get our BFP's

Hey there No Doubt! Good luck with the IUI! We may well be going down that path if we have no success over the next 3 months. How was your first IUI? I only just started researching this topic and would be keen to get some insight from someone who has already gone through the ordeal...

My first iui was fine. Didn't feel a thing. It was smooth and easy. Some people have said they have cramping or a hard time getting the catheter in, but I believe there are sizes and firmness to them so you could always ask about it. Hopefully you won't have to go that far...good luck!

I done 3 rounds of clomid last year- 50 mg and 2 100mg...
I had a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and ovarian drilling done in January...
Since then I had a natural 45 day cycle with ovulation and the second cycle Istarted provera and had a 52 day cycle as my opks were almost positive all cycle...
Now I am trying 50mg cd2-6 again this cycle, I am currently cd3 and took my second pill today. I will phone tomorrow to book my unltrasound for the middle of my cycle to see the follicle and lining progress (if any)
Will you be having any monitoring done???

Mood swings and hot flashes...lol. And if you're like me, which hopefully you're not, possibly painful ovulations. But mine didn't really turn to painful until I was maybe 6 cycles in...but I also only do 50mg and I was ovulating on my own before the clomid. So it may not affect you like that.

Yeah...well then, good luck with that...lol. I will say that drinking lots and lots of water has helped with the pain this month. Last month was absolutely horrific. I thought I was gonna have to go to the ER. This month the pain is still there, but no where near as bad and I can still function at least.
