I have joined up to a gym :wohoo: new year new start and i am really looking forward to it.

It is an womens only gym and there are two lots of workouts you have to do. One is a 30 in Manual workout and the other is a 30 min workout that does it for you :lol: You can add you strenght to it aswell to get more out of it though.

Hmm wonder which one ill like doing :rolleyes: :lol:
Also because its a new gym the first 99 people get a free personal trainer , so i have one! :smug:

Anyway i thought i'd share as its the first time i have actually done anything about wanting to lose weight despite being so unhappy for years.

Sounds like Curves!! Which I've heard lots of good things about!!
