I have joined up to a gym new year new start and i am really looking forward to it.
It is an womens only gym and there are two lots of workouts you have to do. One is a 30 in Manual workout and the other is a 30 min workout that does it for you You can add you strenght to it aswell to get more out of it though.
Hmm wonder which one ill like doing
Also because its a new gym the first 99 people get a free personal trainer , so i have one!
Anyway i thought i'd share as its the first time i have actually done anything about wanting to lose weight despite being so unhappy for years.
