I'm 29 weeks pregnant today and I had my last sign in day today for JSA .. where they said it was the last time I'd need to go etc .. she gave me a number to ring to claim IS .. and said that's all I need to do and money will stay the same .
I just rang this place and had to go through basically a form over the phone .. answering all the questions about myself etc ... But she has made me a income support interview? .. is this normal..?
I just got told that it would be sorted over the phone not going down again to the job centre? And the person on the phone said a payment will not be made until 1st April
where as job centre said money will just continue .. so its confused me.
