Lilmiss dont feel bad i have probably gained the same eating every hour, only carbs, being totally sedentary. It sucks but now that I am feeling better Im eating better (still eating often but making healthier choices!! And not as often or as much as I was before) and Im back at the gym. Im trying to trust that my body is doing what it needs.
