jumparoo or door bouncer?

Another jumperoo vote here, door bouncers scared me a bit if I'm honest, had visions of her catapulting (sp?) across the room. :haha:
She still loves her jumperoo now and she's 8 months.

i have read previous threads on here and now after reading this it is confirmed.
i am buying baby a jumparoo for christmas, not due til 6th dec so it will be in the box for a while but i dont see the point in buying loads of new newborn toys so thought i would buy baby one big present to justify spending the money

Gumtree or Ebay are great for finding a second hand jumperoo. Ours was only £45.

Im even more excited now, i went on gumtree but they were sold as soon as advertised almost...lol....that convinced me to buy one though as i thought well ill defo get some return on it....and i got 20% off as mothercare were doing a promotion so all good. Cant wait to see Jacob in it bless him.xxx

a JUMPEROO everytime! Vinnie is still using his everyday at nearly 11 months they are so worth the money!!!!

How much did you pay? I ordered one yesterday from mothercare for £70 under their price match promise.

Any opinions on a cheaper version, like the Bright Starts Bounce Bounce Baby? It's a *lot* cheaper than the jumperoo - any one got one?

i'm wondering this too....

I just got one and LO loves it but I would liken it to a mix between an activity center and a stationary walker. I would get this in lieu of a walker and still get a jumperoo which is what I will do.

I was also on the fence about whether we should get the jumperoo or a Jenny Jump up... but I think we will get the Jumperoo.

Definitely jumperoo. It was probably my best buy. I got it second hand paid £50 for it, sold it for £50 (it was still immaculate). LO absolutely loved it, she would spend as long as I would let her in it and go mental jumping
