June mums-to-be...!

Oh I CANNOT wait!!! I'm due on 6th but might be earlier due to diabetes.

I was thinking only today that I haven't flaunted my bump or taken advantage of it at all!!! I want to before it's gone (well hopefully gone!!). Thinking of going on the tube or bus tomorrow and see if I get any seat!!!

I keep looking at my half packed bag... I really must pack it...

Even though I am due in June.....because it's the very first part of June I feel time closing in me (thankfully)!!! Wouldn't be suprised with a May baby at all.....but June is good too!

Had midwife today, she weighed me and I've gained 11 pounds in total, is that good?? What have you ladies gained?(if you don't mind me asking )

I'm also considering a home birth now, anyone else?

i have gained 11lb too i m having a home birth but i have not had my booking in appt yet. That will be at 34 weeks for me. I really cannot wait, its going to be an amazing experience to be home and my girls (9yrs and 8yrs) are going to be with me too. They are very excited to be one of the first to meet their new brother or sister.

I'm due June 20th, and as I have all the baby things I don't have my hospital bag packed. I think about it from time to time, but need to get on it otherwise I might not ever remember! LOL

I'm due the 12th so pretty sure it's going to be a June baby! Don't mind if it decides to be a week or two early though. Better start thinking about packing a bag soon and thanks to whoever mentioned about packing bags for your other kids, I soooo hadn't thought of that!

Had an appointment today and I think I didn't gain in the last 2 weeks YAY and baby is measuring right on. Usually I have big babies (9lbs) but I am looking forward to maybe having a slightly smaller baby!

The reason I mentioned this is because I've 2 unexpected hospital trips already and with 4 kids trying to get them somewhere quick is a hard enough task but then having to pack pj's, clothing for the next day, blankies, diapers, toothbrushes and all that stuff is so time consuming...this is the first time I've done this but I know it will help a lot!

Ooh! I'm hoping mines growth has slowed down now, or I'll end up with a 12lb-er!

I can't believe I'm almost 36 weeks! Babys head is engaged but midwife didn't tell me how far gah!

I've gained about 10lbs so quite pleased. I was at primark tonight and went on a shopping spree! now I have 3new pairs of jammies, all with black trousers, BIG black pants (sexy ) new black joggies, 2new vest tops, a lounge pullover type thing, socks, new slippers and a nightie to labour in. A wee present of jammies for my mum for her hols, 2pairs of flip flops for a wedding im going to at 38 weeks! (couldn't decided so bought both ) a puff for the shower and it only came to £50 quid! just got to get some nursing bras and I'm sorted! xx

I got the black lounge pants from there, £5 each and so comfy!

Yaaay! OMG it seems so real now! I remember seeing people on this bit of the ticker thinking about how I couldn't wait to be here and now we are!! Eee!

Just had a really bad menstrual type cramp (only one), strong enough to make me stop what I was doing and breathe. Then the thought entered my mind....what if my water broke right this second? HOLY COW! I don't have any bags packed!!!! Yah, ok, maybe I should get my butt in gear! Anyone else having reality checks?
