Had a patient home visit and had to stand up for an hour and a half straight. Plus the house was beyond description. They weren't even smoking at the time but the smoke was so thick I felt like I smoked a pack of 20s just standing there.

Just a long, hard day and I'm aching. Plus, my cold wont clear up. Ack!! Self Pity ahoy.
