It's Sunday

I ain't wishing anyone a "happy Sunday" as I'm tired and Grouchy. Kaida had me up at 3am-4am and 6am. I didn't go to bed until 2.

Fair enough tho, bed at 2, thats rough! My babies slept 12 and 13 hours cos they are going through a growth spurt (I presume) so Im happy! And Ive been swimming with the kids, its scorching hot, still no rain!
Off to cook dinner and do the mother thing, 5pm is the busiest time ever!

Lol yes actually, there will be cake on Thursday! Unfortunatly not for the 6 month milestone (woohoo!) but because we have a busy day- a leaving party for a friend at baby group and then a funeral

Depressing but a good day for weaning if you think about it lol! All those nibbles

Might let Theo try his first piece of cake on Thurs if there's something plain-ish on offer. We've started proper food this week (I decided a week early wouldn't hurt and he's a very confident eater!) and he's been trying everything! He's a big fan of meat lol! Thurs and Fri he ate sausage and he was so happy with himself haha! He kept wanting daddies attention every time he took a bite.

Today me and my best friend (Theo's godmother) took Theo to a restaurant called Nando's. Not sure if you have it where you are, I know for a fact there is about 4 in the USA but obviously they're not exactly a franchise over there yet lol!
Well it's massive here- especially popular with teens and young adults. It was pretty much a right of passage for Theo haha! We've been planning this day since before he was born

Anyway, they sell pretty much chicken, chicken and more chicken and Theo was a massive fan of it! I think he's a carnivore!!!!

I LOVE NANDOS. Totality addicted. It's pretty big here.

We're starting solids next month around 4.5 months as per new guidelines

Yay for 6 months! And Yay for solids!

We went to a wedding last night. Kaida was a champ.
