just been to docs...AGAIN

complete waste of time

i rang to ask if my blood results were back and they said yes. so turned up this afternoon and no they aint back! they still waiting for the all important hormone one back.

he didnt really tell me much. i said im obviously getting worried and pissed off, as im ttc but have no periods! and he started going on about waiting ONE YEAR and then they investigate. i was like...ok so in the meantime i go on having 9 week cycles?! i dont think so!!!!!

so i asked if they could do anything to make them more regular (starting to get desparate here!) and he basically said yeah we could put u on the pill...like thats gonna help with ttc!

but then there was a gimmer of hope...when my results eventually come back next week, he said he would have more of a clue, and would possibly book me in for a scan.

i just want my baby!! NOW!!! sorry for the long rant xx

doctors are awful they don't seem to understand that you need answers and u need to know wot is happening fingers crossed they do something soon for u and hopefully u will soon get ur bfp x

seriously get referred to gynae - not for infertility but for annovulation - I really think the GP's haven't got a clue - they ( gynae ) are specialists and understand what they are dealing with.

Hope you get some clues from the hormone tests

thanks hun. yeah doc said once he gets the results he will have more of a clue and will possibly refer me to gynae.

my normal gp is lovely, shes really good. but i just saw this guy as a last minute appointment x
