I just took a test and got a BFP
This was our first month trying so I am in complete shock right now. I didn't think it would happen this quickly.
But I honestly don't know what to do now!
I don't want to tell my sisters yet, so I am relying on you ladies.

Congrats i would tell your partner first lol and you dont have to tell anyone until your ready. My df was so excited he told his whole family in no time lol but i just told my family cause my stepmom knew as soon as i was there somehow.

Then call up your doctors or midwives at local hospital to get a booking appointment
