I lost my son at 20 weeks on april 4th of this year and just recently found out i am nine weeks pregnant again. Although i am excited i am.also terrified. There was no explanations as why i lost my son. I had four perfect healthy full term pregnancies before the loss. I am just so afraid even tho i want to be happy is this normal?

Hiya, I'm really sorry you lost your little boy. We're ttc after our loss and I can imagine I'll be feeling exactly like this if and when it does happen. I think its totally normal and understandable to be so afraid

I understand the feeling. I lost a baby at 22 weeks 14 yrs ago and one at 10 weeks 3 yrs ago. I am currently 29 weeks 4 days and petrified. They didnt know what happened to my 22 week baby. There was speculation of placenta abrubtion and possibly a weak cervix. The 10 week baby was very small and had a weak heart. My doctor said there wasn't any reason not to try again.
Since i have begun to feel my baby move, i have become obsessed with it. Being scared after a loss is completely normal. Talking with a couselor might help.
