Kaiser Infertility Department in Woodland Hills

I posted this in the TTC #1 forum, but thought I might get more answers here.

Has anyone been to the fertility department at Kaiser in Woodland Hills? I just called them and left a message and they don't have very long hours, so just wondering what their processes are like and how their prices are.

Hello. I used Kaiser last year (July 2011) and my plan covered everything. I just paid a co-pay of $25 for each visit. I tried two rounds of AI and got disappointed and overwelmed so decided to take a break. Now I've called the Infertiliy department at WH three times in the past month and they have not called me back.

Did they return your call back in February?
