Keeping milk up?

I used to feed on demand and now my baby is in daycare so when he is there i pump after every 3 or 4 hours. He also eats two solid meals a day now.
How can I make sure to keep my milk up?

( I'm feeling a bit distraught after my period just coming back about 20 min ago)

Calcium Lactate, hun. No joke.. My SIL and I both take 4 a day and her milk is flowing. I havent had my baby yet, but it has made my colostrum come in, a lot...
