Ketones in urine

Does anyone know anymore about this? the 2nbd time in 3 weeks these have popped up for me.... i know what it is... when your body is getting energy from existing fat instead of food. they said i was +3 yesterday at hospital, but didnt seem thatconcernbed about it....

i had just come from eating lunch too... so they shouldnt have been there should they? Also, i do have gestational diabetes, could be linked?

Hi yes it is linked, I always got them as well but my hospital kept me in and put me on a drip for dhydration as keytones are not good for the baby or you. If they contuniue to stay high, was there sugar in your urine also by any chance!

what I used to do is make sure I drank lots and lots of water to flush them out of your system. I did notice when I got high keytones like that I got sick either from a virus or something ...
