Kidney infection :(

So I thought I had the flu all last week and was feeling much better yesterday until I ended up awake all night with a nose bleed that would not stop . Went to the doctors today and turns out I have a pretty bad kidney infection and an infection in my nose. They are really worried about the kidney infection and how bad it seems to be - they want me to go back on wednesday to see if i've improved alot or else I have to go into hospital on a drip for 48 hrs as it could cause premature labour . I feel sooo ill and i'm gutted after thinking I could go back to work today I have to be off for at least another week. I've been given antibiotics so praying they do their job so I can get back to normal. I feel really guilty too as doctor said I would have had a urine infection before this which I didn't notice, I just thought I was a bit run down - if anything happend to baby because of me not noticing early enough I would distraught . Has anyone else had a kidney infection whilst pregnant? xxx

You poor thing, you sound like your going through a tough time! I havent had a kidney infection but I suffer with UTI's awful things they are. I hope you get better soon!!!
