Ladies at 20 Weeks

Just hit the 20 week mark today and im wondering how everyone else is at this point in their pregnancy. I read online that head to toe baby at this point is roughly 9 inches long. I am hardly showing! How is there a baby that big in there?! I havnt felt movements yet and really the only time i look pregnant is after a meal when my stomach under my rib cage super bloats. I was told that i have a tilted uterus. Could this be a reason for not so much baby showing?

Yes very much. If it is your first pregnancy you may find you don’t pop out or show as early. Bub May just be more tucked toward your back at the moment.

Yes, I’ve got a tilted uterus as well and have always been considered quite small with all three children. They were even large babies @ 7.12 & 7.13!!

Here’s #3, thought for sure I’d be huge this go around
