Ladies what Prenatal Vitamins are you taking?

Hi Ladies,

I know I should have this info from my doctor except that he is a total Putz!

I have only found two different prenatal vitamins (I'm in Montreal) which are Materna by Nestle and something similar under the pharmacy brand. The price difference between the 2 is really not too much. I bought the Materna and have been using it everyday, but I was wondering if you ladies have any recommendations for a different prenatal vitamin or one that is better?

Hey there! Promise Prenatals is what I am waiting for in the mail after some research. They have a website, I just wasn't allowed to add a link as I'm very new to this forum!
I may have just bought into the gimmick, but it sounded really neat as I do want a prenatal that is whole and with good quality ingredients. The fact that they have formulated the vitamins for the different stages is what sold me, we change and our needs change so why wouldn't we do this? I read a few testimonials and thought I'd go for it.

I use Rainbow Light prenatals. I chose them because they're certified vegan, and also because the vitamins are food-grade and what I consider to be high-quality. They're also only once per day, which was important to me, since I tend to forget if I have to take something more often!! I like them a lot. They've done wonders for my hair & nails, haha! I used to have a little trouble swallowing them, as they're kind of large, but I think it was mostly psychological, as I haven't had that issue in awhile, once I decided I was just going to go for it LOL

I take Vitafusion Prenatal gummies. I'm usually terrible at taking vitamins, but these are so delicious, its like having a little treat every day.
