Ladies who have a 5 week cycle I have a question...

I'm planning on following SMEP this cycle. I know if you have a normal 4 week cycle you start BDing on CD8 and then every other day and start using your OPKs at like CD10ish. However, my period lasts at least 10 days and I really wouldn't want to BD while on it. When I used OPKs before I always seemed to ovulate around CD21 so should I just wait until around CD15 to start BDing?

If your ovulating on CD 21, I would say CD 14 at the earliest and every other day just in case you happen to ovulate earlier. I tend to start 1-2 days after period ends and then every other day until my temps confirm that I've ovulated.
