Hi all.... this is my first post here, been lurking for a while but feeling brave today O:)

I have PCOS and we've been ttc for a couple of years now. I had a lap & dye last Weds, at which I found at my tubes are clear :happydance: but that I also had some adhesions on my uterus/tubes that they've removed.

I'm a little bit concerned tho and just wondered if anyone had any experience of this.... I was given anti-biotics to take home, and every time i take them I'm being sick; i've tried with food and without, before bed etc, but nothing keeps em down :-(

I also have a really odd (sorry TMI!) discharge.... it's kinda very jelly like/stringy brown/green/yellow stuff. And there is masses of it. Also feel like I have thrush?

Has anyone had anything like this after a lap & dye? Am thinking will call the hospital today to see if its normal.... or shall I just go to GP?

I'm hoping that all our TTC journeys aren't too long..... but looking forward to getting u know you all

Thanks everyone :flower:

Hi hun and welcome!:flower:

I can't be any use about l&d I'm afraid but the only thing I can say is that antibiotics always give me thrush. Discharge could well be linked to it. It sounds like you've had some kind of reaction to them, are you sure you're not allergic?

Good luck!

hi mortikina
i'm not sure about all your symptoms, but i'd def. call your doc about getting sick after your antibiotics. for the thrush, that easily comes on while taking antibiotics, you can help out your body a lot by eating plain yogurt or taking probiotics to replace the natural flora that the antibiotics is wiping out.
good luck with everything!
