Laproscopy

Has anyone had any luck with laproscopy? I'm recovering from my 2nd ectopic (one on each side) and dont see my OB for 3 weeks (except for blood work). I'm trying to look at all options of getting pregnant besides IVF. Anyone have success conceiving after laproscopy or hydrotubation?

I had a laparoscopy I had one of my tubes removed I have fallen pregnant twice my dd is 3 an my son passed away at 20wks but obviously both in the right place x I have heard though if you have your tubes flushed through that it can help
