Ok so I have no idea if this is the right place to post but hopefully someone can help.
Basically does anyone know anything about laptops and dvd drives? Mine isn't registering that it can burn discs. It's been sent off to be repaired and they sent it back saying it is fine. It isn't. It is exactly the same as when I sent it off.
It will be going back to them for repair tomorrow but I just wanted to try everything possible first so they can't send me away again.
When they had it they installed imgburn but that doesn't detect the writer, I installed dvd flick and that doesn't dectect it either. Neither does windows media player or Nero....... any ideas?x
