So I thought I'd keep a journal and track my weeks. :flower:

I am doing SW which I know works for me. Last year in February I started SW determind to get down to a size 10. I lost 25lb and then lost my way. I'm so dissapointed with myself because I know if I had continued I would have been at my target, Now I am just 7lb lighter than when I originally started.

Last month I began Weight Watchers with my mum for a change, the first two weeks were ok but I am a big eater, I like food, something I dont want to starve myself of so me and mum both said we would like to go back to SW.
I had literally gone two days before I started SW so I knew my weight loss this week was going to be very small.

I lost half a lb so I am going to attempt to lose 2lb this week. My SIL is getting married in August and my sister is getting married next year and I would like to be slimmer by then. I want to look nice and not frumpy.

So this is for me. 63.5lbs to go. I know I am not going to be at target by August but I am gonna give it my best shot :thumbup:

So here is looking forward to a thinner 'me'...

Week 1: 0.5lbs ~~ 63.5lbs to go
