Laying down

Hi,
I read an article on IUI's and how it was important to stay down for at least 20 min after. But also have read swimmers that are strong go into the uterous almost immidiently after ejaculation. So for normal sex, in the missionary position how important is it to stay down? I usually stay about 10 min... Should I stay longer?

Hey,

i was once told that if your TTC it's best to do missionary, then to lay down with a pillow under your hips for 15-20 mins.

i dont think there is a certain time limit or even if you should do it, i like to do it to give myself peace of mind that i'm trying.

hi - if i have the time I lie with legs in air for a good half hr - if I dont have the time then usually just 10mins max. Every little helps im sure.
