Leaky boobs 22weeks

The past few weeks iv had bits of dry colostrum on my nipples but woke up this morning to a big wet patch on the bed where my boob had leaked a lot more than usual. This also happened with my other pregnancies, I breast fed both my other children with no problems at all apart from having extremely fast flow once breast feeding was full established which was sometimes difficult for them as the flow was too fast. I'm hoping this won't happen again but with the amount I'm leaking now would this be a sign that I will have fast flow again?

I also have very fast flow, and hard let down. I always have A LOT of milk. What I have always done was once my milk came in, I would pump off a little and then would nurse. It's not unusual for me to pump 4 oz and still nurse baby.
