Less milk

My LO is 16 weeks on sunday (which has gone really fast) When she was 2 months old she was on 6 x 6oz feeds per 24 hour period (36oz). Now she is 16 weeks, she only has 4 feeds a day. They are 4 x 8oz feeds so 32 oz in total. Just realised today that she is drinking less now than when she was 8 weeks old. She is very happy and sleeps extremely well (soometimes have to get her up on a morning) normally from 7pm til 8/9am. I am working on the theory she is getting all she needs. She is gaining wheight well and has actually gone from just under the 50 centile to just under the 75 centile. HV said not to worry and LO one let me know if she was hungry.

Anyone elses LO drinking less than they used to?

Not really less but my young man is still have 3oz feeds 5ish times a day. I reckon he should be on about 24oz a day and I am lucky to get 15-18oz into him a day. It does worry me sometimes but he is gaining weight ok. He probably has less in a day now than he did when he came home from hospital at 3 weeks old (he's almost 4 months now)! Our consultant told me not to worry he would take what he needs! x
