Letrozole stories anyone??

Hi there! Hope everybody is doing well. I started seeing the fertility specialist in February, after doing every test in the book, I've finally made it to the treatment plan with a diagnosis of "unexplained" because everything came back completely normal. Starting the Letrozole today (CD 3), and ovidrel when I get a positive ovulation test. Going for an IUI the day after the positive ovulation test. We skipped the monitoring.. insurance purposes I just hope all goes well. This is my first cycle taking any medication and my first IUI, Ive been TTC for about 3 years. Does anyone have any advice, anything I should be doing differently, all suggestions are welcome. We're all in this together. Feel free to leave your stories below, I'd love to read them!
