LH Surge and Temp Rise on the same day?!!!!? WTH?

Ok... this is crazy! Has this ever happened to any of you guys??

On CD 13 (about 10am) I had a very negative opk, with just a faint test line. The next morning (CD 14), I saw the temp spike and assumed I rolled around a lot in my sleep or something, cause I knew I hadn't O'd yet. Then I tested with FMU and got a strong positive on my opk.

This is bizarre... just look at my weird chart!

It happens sometimes. That's why it's recommended to test two or more times a day. Baby dance so you don't miss it!
