LH Test Results!!

I've had some testings done and here is one of them:

Luteal Phase: 0.90 - 9.33 mIU/mL
Postmenopausal w/o HRT: 10.39 - 64.57 mIU/mL

What does the Luteal Phase mean and can you get pregnant when your in that phase? I have no clue about any of these phases I'm trying to figure things out to be that baby girl we are dying for... Can someone please explain this to me... Cause I BD the day before this test was done and pretty much BD as much as we can to get pregnant... This test was done on the 14th of March, and still don't have a period.. Haven't had a period since Jan. 18th.. When can I test or do I have to wait a little longer? And if it is past the egg release, why aren't I getting my period? And is it possible to be in your Luteal Phase and not release an egg?? Please any advice would be lovely...

The Luteal phase is the period of time between ovulation and your period. For example! I have a 23 day cycle and ovulate on day 6, meaning my luteal phase is 17 days, so no, you cant be in your luteal phase if you havent ovulated

Follicular phase = before O
mid cycle peak =during O
luteal phase = after O

So basically it's saying you had ovulated

if you still havent had a period, I would say you can definitely test now.
Though keep in mind if you have come off birth control recently, your cycles may still be a bit out of whack.

That is the thing I haven't been on bc for 3 years!! So I don't know why my cycle is all messed up... I have to go to the doctor for my high level of prolactin.. And it is weird my getting sick, boobs are leaking, I'm very tired and moody.. The only thing I'm not experiencing is the smell of food making my stomach turn and have to run to the bathroom... I have some tests, maybe I'll test in the morning... Man, I hope I get a BFP.... If I don't I'm probably gonna be crushed... And if I'm not pregnant then when will I know when and if I get my period.. I try to talk to my doctor about all this, and they keep saying wait for the appointment with the specialist... Soo.. Annoying...

That sucks when are you seeing the specialist? You must be strong to not have taken a test already! Lol

I see a specialist on the 17th, but my OB\GYN is seeing if I can get into him sooner.. And I just took a test and it was negative!!! Soo.. I'm bummed out.. Hopefully my OB can figure something out for me...
