Lie about dates to get scan ONE day early?

Well we are 16 weeks exactly the day after OH's birthday and that is the earliest you can get a gender scan... So I was wondering if it would be completely terrible to lie about my dates so that we can actually go for the scan at 15+6... Should be that bad right?

No need to lie about it - just ask them for that date because you can't make the next day? x

It doesn't work like that, the system is all online so you enter your due date and you can pick any dates they give you, the scan is available from 16 weeks. But I was measuring 4 days ahead at my private scan yesterday so I just went ahead and booked it for 2 days early as they were closed on OH's birthday and the Sunday would be more convenient for everyone haha

Ah right. Its different down here! We just get a letter after midwife referral.... usually a 12 week and a 20 week scan. But if we can't do the date then we can call their reception and they can change it for us. x

Ah no this isn't my NHS scan I'm paying for an early private scan !
