Line not progressing, no longer feel sick (12 dpo)

I got my positive on 10 dpo and it looks the same 2 days later. My hCG was only 6 at 10 dpo, and I know the number doesn't matter and I'm about to do my 48 hour repeat draw, but has anyone had faint lines that aren't progressing and have it turn out okay? I also felt sick for the last 2 days but today I feel fine.

The lines are hard to photograph but they're there!

Me! With my 3 year old I had my bloods drawn at 10dpo & it was 8. My lines did not get darken over the next few days & I even had a bfn frer. He’s a very rambunctious 3 year old today. I actually have a thread on here about it...

Also, I think the tests do look slightly darker

Update! The line is much darker and my hCG tripled. I can't believe these tests were picking up a level of 6 but wow.
